losangeles86 is a private showroom offering rare and pre-owned designer pieces by appointment and insured shipping. Use of this website constitutes agreement to these terms.
Appointments & viewings
Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment.
Purchases
There is no online checkout on this website. Purchases are arranged directly with you, in person or remotely, and payment terms are agreed before a sale is final. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
Consignment
Items submitted for consignment through Sell With Us are subject to our review and acceptance. Valuation, commission, and payout terms are agreed with the consignor in writing before a piece is listed.
Authenticity
Every piece is authenticated before it is listed. If an item is ever found not to be as described, we will make it right. Condition is described honestly, and photographs are representative but may not capture every detail — ask before you buy if you have questions.
Website use
This site and its content — including photography, descriptions, and design — belong to losangeles86 and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access admin systems without authorization.
Limitation of liability
losangeles86 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
