Requesting a viewing
You see every piece in private, by appointment, before you buy. Request a viewing for one piece or a general appointment, and we confirm a time by email.
Completing your purchase
We arrange the purchase with you: in person at your viewing, by wire transfer, or through financing set up in advance. There is no checkout page. We walk you through whichever route you choose.
Authenticity
We authenticate every piece before we list it and describe its condition, flaws included. If a piece proves to be other than described, we take it back and refund you in full.
Viewings
We hold viewings by appointment, one client at a time. Request a time on the appointments page and we confirm by email.
Collection and delivery
Most clients collect their piece at the showroom. If you would rather have it sent, we ship it insured and tracked, in plain packaging, on terms we agree before the sale completes.
