How viewing, purchasing, and collecting a piece works — and what you can expect from us at every step.
Requesting a viewing
Every piece is viewed privately, by appointment, before any purchase is made. Request a viewing for a specific piece — or a general appointment — and we will confirm a time by email.
Completing your purchase
A purchase is arranged privately, in the manner that suits you: in person at your viewing, by wire transfer, or through financing arranged in advance. We will walk you through whichever route you choose — there is no checkout page for pieces of this calibre, by design.
Authenticity
Every piece is authenticated before it is listed. Condition is described honestly, flaws included, because trust is the entire business. If a piece ever proved to be other than described, we would make it right — fully.
Viewings
Private viewings are held by appointment only, one client at a time. Request a time through the appointments page and we will confirm by email.
Collection and delivery
Most clients collect their piece in person at the showroom. Where delivery is preferred, it is arranged individually — insured, tracked, and discreet. Terms are agreed before the sale completes.
