Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site: Vercel and Neon for hosting and database storage, and Resend for delivering appointment confirmation emails. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure.
Data retention
We retain appointment and newsletter records for as long as needed to operate the business, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Reach out through the appointments page or contact us directly and we will handle it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access-restricted admin systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
